Upon your acceptance by signature, of the quotation detailed above, PT Asseta Internasional will attempt to meet your requested date/s, however this is dependent upon instructor and training room availability. PT Asseta Internasional will advise you when we have an instructor and training room allocated and will request your confirmation of the dates. This offer is valid for five (5) working days pending signed approval, or 15 working days before commencement date of event (whichever is the earlier. Cancellation. Cancellation or a request to reschedule the course, within ten (10) working days prior tothe course commencement date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of course fees. A 100% cancellation fee will apply for all registered course attendees who do not attend the course. Notice for cancellation must be received in writing. Liability Any liability we may have to you in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to the performance or any breach of this Agreement, shall not exceed in total the amount we have been paid by you for the training services which are the subject matter of or directly related to the causes of action asserted, and in no event shall we be liable for any consequential or indirect damages. You acknowledge that you have relied on your own skill and judgement in the selection, supervision, use and management of the services provided by this agreement and in the results expected thereof.
